  • Live sessions: Scheduled via email; links sent before session time

  • Time zones: All sessions follow the time zone selected at checkout

  • Check your spam/promotions folder if you do not receive your reading

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Email & recorded sessions: Non-refundable once delivered

  • Refunds after delivery or after a live session begins are not permitted

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical delivery issues

5. International Sales & Taxes

  • VAT/GST may apply to customers outside the U.S. (EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada)

  • Taxes are calculated and collected automatically by Shopify

  • Prices displayed at checkout include any applicable taxes

6. Privacy & Data Collection

  • Personal information (name, email, billing info) is collected to deliver services

  • Session platform data (Zoom/Google Meet) may be collected for scheduling and delivery
