How do I receive my tarot reading?

All readings are delivered digitally. Depending on the service, you will receive your reading via email, a private video link, or a scheduled live online session. 

How long will it take to get my reading?

• Email readings: Typically delivered within 24 - 48 hours.
• Private video readings: Usually available within 48 - 72 hours.
• Live sessions: Scheduled at a mutually convenient time. 

What information do you need from me?

For personalized readings, I may ask you for your first name and birthdate (optional) or specific questions you'd like guidance on. You are never required to provide sensitive personal information.

Can I request a refund?

Digital products (email readings or private video links) cannot be returned once delivered. Refunds are only considered if there's a technical issue preventing access to the reading. Live sessions can be rescheduled or refunded under certain circumstances - please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. 

Are your readings spiritual, religious, or fortune-telling?

Readings are intended as guidance and insight to help you reflect on choices and possibilities. They are not substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. 

Can I book from anywhere in the world?
