Refund policy

Email & Recorded Video Readings

All email and recorded video readings are personalized digital services.

Refunds are only available in the event of a verified technical failure that prevents delivery of the reading. Once a reading has been delivered to the email address provided by the client, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check spam or junk folders for delivery.

Live Tarot Readings

Live tarot sessions must be scheduled at least three (3) days in advance.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
  • Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
  • No refunds are available once a live session has begun.
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited without refund.
  • Technical issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a session cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the session may be rescheduled.

Intake Form & Service Start Policy

Services do not begin until the required intake form has been completed and submitted.

Delivery timeframes begin after the intake form is received, not at the time of purchase.

Failure to submit the intake form may delay service delivery.

International Customers

Taxes such as VAT or GST may be applied based on your location. These taxes are collected and remitted by the payment processor where applicable and are not refundable separately.

All refund policies apply equally to international customers.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after a reading has been delivered or a service has been performed is considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of:

  • Service delivery
  • Email delivery confirmation
  • Access logs
  • Completed intake forms
  • Communication records

Digital Delivery / No Physical Shipping

All products and services are digital services. No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery methods:

  • Email Readings: Delivered via email within approximately 48 hours after the intake form is submitted.
  • Recorded Video Readings: Delivered via secure link or email within approximately 72 hours after the intake form is submitted.
  • Live Sessions: Scheduled via email. A session link will be sent prior to the scheduled session time.

Delivery times may vary due to workload, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
