This page explains how taxes, digital delivery, and refunds work for customers outside the U.S.

U.S. Customers

U.S. sales tax is applied automatically where required. Many states do not tax digital or personal services like tarot readings, but Shopify will calculate any applicable tax at checkout.

International Customers

VAT/GST may be apply to digital services sold to international customers. Taxes are calculated and added automatically at checkout based on your location. 

Digital Delivery

All products are digital. 

• Email readings are delivered via email
• Recorded videos are delivered via YouTube link 
• Live sessions are provided via Zoom with a link emailed before the session.

No physical products are shipped.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds follow our standard digital product policy. Taxes collected for international customers are not refundable separately

Time Zones & Scheduling

Live sessions are scheduled based on the time zone selected at checkout. Please confirm your local time before your session.
